Tabou Pocket Wave 93 2012

This is a quick first time out review by Dave Rundle, but he promises to let us know more as and when he gets more nautical miles on the clock!
Dave is well over 6ft tall, weighs 100kg and has been sailing for years.

Hi Danny and James.
Got out on the pocket wave yesterday.
Really pleased with it.
Powered up on a 5.3. Ran it with the thrusters and a larger central fin (21cm) which seemed to work well.
Not wishing to state the obvious but it does feel 'Big' for its quoted size and volume, but for me this really works, being of a prosperous build ! (100kg).
Good top end which does fly in the face of the magazine test a bit
(Click Here to read the Boardseeker Test). As a result its a great jumping board.
Comfy deck pads, very RRD FSW like.
All in all a true heavyweights wave board.
Will let you know how it fairs in S.A.
Thanks for all your help,
Cheers,
Dave.

PS. The new K4 flushers arrived yesterday, thanks very much.(They fit!)
