Use of an Anti Corrosion inhibitor is advised when constructing a foil of Mixed Materials (Tuffgel or Duralac seem the most commonly used).

Comments:
An expensive part but can be a cheaper way of using your current wind style Tuttle or Power box heade foil on a board with US Tracks, as per  on a wing board.
