Fanatic Stubby and Ezzy Taka 2 info!
After yesterdays predicted and for once correct wind forecast we had quite a few enquires on the latest multi finned wave board from Fanatic..The Stubby. If you have not heard about it you can see more here.. http://www.fanatic.com/product/stubby-te/
The boards are due to be released June of this year but currently there is no pricing available, which is probably due to the strength of the US Dollar, the increasing strength of the Thai Bhat and stories of the Cobra Factory increasing prices because of this!
Pre-order is likely to be Essential if you wish to have one of the first boards so let us know if you want to get Stubbed'Up!
Second thing to mention is that the Ezzy Taka 2 (3.5 batten semi soft wave sail) got an outing locally this weekend by Rob Moss from Seaford..and his comment was "This is one Spicy Meatball of a Sail ! ". That was a first in it's own right and I have to be honest and say I was worried.. but thankfully he meant that the Taka 2 far exceeded his love of the Taka 1 and that it was just like his favourite food. Rob weighs in at a tad over 80kg.. smile emoticon .. and used a 5m in very gusty conditions! Typically they are in short supply but we hope to have all sizes available again shortly.
